What does your morning routine look like?

For most of us, it's probably some variation of showering, brushing your teeth, staring at the coffee machine and willing it to brew faster, and having a nice breakfast while you gather your thoughts and strength for the day ahead.

In 7 days, I'm going to walk from Springfield to Greenfield – 43 miles for the 15th Annual March for the Food Bank, formerly known as "Monte's March," to raise awareness for the problem of hunger and to raise funds for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Today, I want to talk about what the MAGA Republicans have dedicated their last few days of campaign time to. Trump held a rally in New York City, inviting a cast of characters eager to sow hate and division. Within minutes of the rally starting, a laundry list of plainly stupid and crass comments flooded the airways.
