Enough empty Republican “thoughts and prayers”
It's Gun Violence Awareness Month, and here's the infuriating truth: the number one cause of death for children and teens today is gun violence.
And what have Republicans in Congress done? Absolutely nothing. They have shamelessly blocked every commonsense solution.
If Republicans keep control of Congress, all they'll do is continue to offer empty "thoughts and prayers." We must elect a Democratic majority. That starts here with us.

I'm sick of waking up every day to the news of more innocent Americans losing their lives to gun violence. And I know you are, too.
